When burning for the first time, allow the candle to burn for at least 4 hours or until the melt pool reaches the edges of the vessel to prevent tunnelling.

Ensure you place your candle on a firm and stable surface for safety and to ensure an even burn.

Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Keep out of the reach of children and pets. 

Keep your candle away from drafts and flammable objects

Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time to prevent over heating of the vessel.

Trim the candle wick to at least a quarter of an inch before every burn to prevent excessive flames and soot.

Keep the melt pool clear of debris and wick trimmings at all times.

Never blow out a burning candle. Always use a candle snuffer to extinguish. 

Discontinue use when only 1/2 inch of wax remains in the bottom to prevent possible heat damage to the surface. 

Remember safety should always be a priority when using container candles. 

1. Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.

2. Keep the lid of the container tightly closed to preserve the fragrance.

3. Use a wax warmer specifically designed for wax melts and use a 4hr tealight to melt the wax. 

4. Do not mix different fragrances or add water.

5. Allow the wax to fully cool and solidify before removing and disposing.

6. Clean the warmer regularly to prevent build up of old wax. 

1. Place diffuser in a stable and upright flat position away from heat and direct sunlight.

2. Flip the reeds every 1-2 weeks to refresh the scent.

3. Keep the reeds in the vessel at all times to maintain maximum diffusion.

4. Avoid touching the reeds as the oil will transfer to your hands. Wash hands thoroughly if this happens.

5.Replace the diffuser oil and reeds every 3-6 months or when the scent has faded.

6. Clean up any spills promptly to prevent damage to any surfaces.

In all of our products we use only high quality and as natural and eco friendly as possible. 

Our wax for our container candles is C6 nature wax Coconut soy, a blend of 100% natural soy and hydrogenated coconut oil.

We use 100% premium eco soy wax for our melts

For the essential oil candles we use 100% premium soy wax along with pure essential oils 

The wicks are pre waxed cotton braided wicks

The fragrance oils are from a variety of distributors and although not essential oils they are all vegan friendly, cruelty free and paraben free.

The essential oils are undiluted and pure and we use Nikura company for this

The vessels we use are glass vessels and can be reused .

Our packaging is recyclable where possible. We are striving to make it 100% recyclable.
